<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer allowing a measurer to surely confirm the insertion direction of an upper arm with respect to an arm belt section and measure a blood pressure. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic sphygmomanometer 1 includes the arm belt section 2 and a sphygmomanometer body 10, and the arm belt section 2 and the sphygmomanometer body 10 are formed into separate bodies. The arm belt section 2, in its inside, is disposed with an airbag 14 for oppressing the upper arm T of the measurer, the arm belt section 2 is formed into a cylindrical body which has a first insertion opening 11P and a second insertion opening 11R formed in the opposite side of the first insertion opening 11P, and the arm belt section 2 has a microphone M which detects the blood flow sound of the upper arm T, with the upper arm T inserted from the first insertion opening 11P towards the second insertion opening 11R in the normal insertion direction D1, a gyro sensor 400 which detects a state of the upper arm T inserted in the normal insertion direction D1, by the inclination of the arm belt section 2, and an insertion-direction notification means 350 which notifies the state of the upper arm inserted in the normal insertion direction D1, detected by the gyro sensor 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
