COMPOUND LIGHT-CONTROL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-control plate which more stably suppresses uneven luminance.

SOLUTION: The light-control plate is composed of mutually laminated first and second light-control plates in which a plurality of convex parts are formed on the second face, being extended in a first direction and arranged in parallel in a second direction which intersects at right angle with the first direction. The first direction of the second light-control plate is parallel to the first direction of the first optical-control plate, and the first face is facing to the second face of the first light-control plate. The contour shape of the convex parts of the first and the second light-control plates is expressed by z1(x) which satisfies the relation, 0.95×Z10(x)≤z1(x)≤1.05×Z10(x). Z10(x) is defined by the relation (1-2).
