<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine loaded with a turbocharger, suppressing actualization of noise of the turbocharger under conditions that noise of the internal combustion engine is reduced following a decrease in engine speed and noise of the turbocharger is hardly masked by the noise of the internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: The engine is loaded with the turbocharger including a turbine wheel, a compressor wheel and a rotary shaft connecting and rotatably supporting these wheels. An electronic control unit performs a rotational speed reduction process forcibly reducing the rotational speed of the turbocharger (rotary shaft) by fully closing an exhaust throttle valve on condition that a decrease rateΔTA of throttle opening TA in a predetermined period is a predetermined rateΔTAp or more and the engine speed NE is a predetermined speed NEp or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
