<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method for rapidly predicting a normal deformed state of a material in computer simulation of a tandem processing process of mainly a metal material such as rolling, extruding, drawing, and roll forming. <P>SOLUTION: The analytical method of a tandem process is composed of a finite element analysis of the tandem process where a part of analytical conditions to be a disturbance of a flowline bundle is eliminated and a finite element analysis of a single stand process where the analytical condition to be the disturbance of the eliminated flowline bundle is imparted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
