<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip simplifying even a structure of a hinge body by easily assembling an attaching clip in the hinge body. <P>SOLUTION: The attaching clip 5 attached in the assist grip is formed by arranging an elastic leg part 51 on both sides by bending metal having spring elasticity in a substantially U shape, and an elastic swelling part 52 swelling outside is arranged in both side elastic leg parts. A locking part 53 locked on a fixing object part of a vehicle body is arranged in the elastic swelling part 52. A step part 53 locked on inside edge parts 25 and 35 of rectangular opening parts 27 and 37 of the hinge bodies 21 and 31, is arranged on the tip of the elastic leg part 51.
