PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-modifying resin composition and a film, to which the resin composition is applied, for hardly making the film look yellow when the film is coated with the film-modifying resin composition. SOLUTION: The film-modifying resin composition includes 0.0001-0.1 wt.% of a light absorber wherein an absorption peak appears at 550-650 nm and a half band width of the maximum absorption value is 50-200 nm, and a urethane (meth)acrylate compound.
