<p>The system has a rear contact including a conductive light-reflecting rear layer (506) and an adaptation layer (505) that is adjacent to the rear layer on a side of an incident light. A transition or a border region provided between the adaptation layer and the rear layer has an additional roughness value of greater than 25 percent related to a nominal layer thickness determined by an atomic force microscope measuring method. The adaptation layer is a low-pressure chemical vapor deposition zinc oxide layer working as a diffuser. The rear layer consists of metal. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a rear side layer system for thin-film solar modules with a rear contact.</p> |
