Disclosed is a mouthpiece which is capable of alleviating the symptoms of obstructive respiratory disorders and snoring or apnea and which is not easily displaced by the sudden movements of a user. The mouthpiece is provided with: an upper piece (2) which fits the row of teeth in the upper jaw (J1); a lower piece (3) which fits the row of teeth in the lower jaw (J2); and a connection member (4) which connects the upper piece (2) and the lower piece (3) such that the pieces are in a preset target position. The connection member (4) connects the upper piece (2) and the lower piece (3) such that the pieces can move relative to one-another, and by elastically deforming according to the external pressure exerted on the upper piece (2) and/or the lower piece (3) the connection member generates an elastic force for returning the pieces to the target position.
