<p>PURPOSE: A SAPO-34 nanosphere catalyst with the high intensity, a producing method thereof, and a producing method of light olefin using thereof are provided to obtain a molding catalyst with the high intensity by adding proper amount of acid. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a SAPO-34 nanosphere catalyst with the high intensity comprises the following steps: synthesizing compound gel containing aluminum phosphate gel, a first organic template, and a solvent; mixing a silica solution containing a silica source, a second organic template, and the solvent; and mixing the compound gel and the silica solution, and hydrothermally synthesizing the mixture.</p> |
