<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated untreated steel plate article excellent in anticorrosion property, especially in warm salt water immersion resistance at 55°C and in anticorrosion resistance in a multiple corrosion cycle test on a multi-layered coating film by a 3 coat 1 bake coating method on an electrodeposition coating film formed on a non-treated steel plate. <P>SOLUTION: The cation electrodeposition coating composition comprising an amino group-containing modified epoxy resin (A), a blocked polyisocyanate curing agent (B), and a metal compound (C) is characterized by containing the metal compound (C) in a metal element amount of 10 to 10,000 mass ppm based on the mass of the cation electrodeposition coating composition and containing a nitrogen oxide ion (E) in an amount of 50 to 10,000 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
