<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine gas generation device recycling hydrogen fluoride generated in an electrolytic cell and containing a component originating in a molten salt, in the electrolytic cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorine gas generation device 100 includes the electrolytic cell 1 that electrolyzes hydrogen fluoride in an electrolyte bath comprising a molten salt that contains hydrogen fluoride. In the fluorine gas generation device, reflux devices 14, 17, 18, and 13, 15, 16, which are connected to pipes 9, 10 at the top of the electrolytic cell 1, condense and recycle a molten salt mist that accompanies the generation of gas and also hydrogen fluoride gas that has vaporized from the molten salt, thereby returning the hydrogen fluoride and the mist of the molten salt to the electrolytic cell 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
