<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the distortion of a circuit board when a thermal load is applied on the circuit board and a case body, in an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A first legged washer 140 is used for screwing the circuit board 110 to the case body 120. The first legged washer 140 includes a washer body and four legs. The washer body has a through hole at a flat plate. The four legs are extended toward the substrate from the washer body where a screw body is put through the through hole, bent in a separating direction from the through hole, and surround the through hole.
