PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loud speaker system capable of preventing howling which may occur when a microphone user approaches a speaker. SOLUTION: A receiving apparatus 10 includes: a microphone position specifying section 15 for specifying a position of an infrared microphone 20 by recognizing a portion image-capturing infrared rays from a camera image captured by a camera 40; a microphone-speaker distance calculating section 16 for calculating a microphone-speaker distance between the specified position of the infrared microphone 20 and a speaker installed at a predetermined position; and a voice gain control section 18 for controlling a loud speaker voice volume while referring to a voice gain memory 19 in accordance with the microphone-speaker distance.
