PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which satisfies both the occupant setup of the image forming apparatus which can reserve and register a time zone for use, and the operability for a plurality of users. SOLUTION: There is provided an image forming apparatus which can reserve and register a time zone for use. The image forming apparatus accepts the reservations, even if a plurality of users make use reservations in the same time zone, and, meanwhile, notifies the user beforehand about matters to be attended to (such as disabling a job from being finished within the reserved time zone) caused by accepting the use reservations of the same time zone, thereby making the occupant setup of the image forming apparatus compatible with the operability for the plurality of users.
