PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in use by reducing heat leakage from a door for taking in and out foods from a heating chamber. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker including the door 2 for taking in and out foods to the heating chamber 3, the door 2 is configured by disposing an inner glass sheet 24 on a heating chamber 3 side, disposing an intermediate glass sheet 23 on a front side of the inner glass sheet 24 while keeping a constant clearance gap to the inner glass sheet 24, and covering the circumference of the intermediate glass sheet 23 and the inner glass sheet 24 by a door base 20 to form a sealed space 25 in the clearance gap, the door base 20 includes a choke structure 201 composed of approximately combteeth-like conductor pieces 2010, on an outer side of the circumference of the inner glass sheet 24 and the intermediate glass sheet 23, a check valve 205 is disposed on the door base 20 positioned in the clearance gap between the approximately combteeth-like conductor pieces 2010 to allow the air to flow only from the inside to the outside of the sealed space 25, and the air in the clearance gap is sucked through the check valve 205 to form the vacuum sealed space 25.
