PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-bracing capable of supporting a pillar-like erected body such as a utility pole by displacing it to a desired position. SOLUTION: The under-bracing includes: a support member 10 of a certain length having a long hole 13 which is formed longitudinally and penetrates a back face 12 from a front face 11; a locking member 20 which slides on the front face 11 or the back face 12 of the support member 10 and has a pair of through-holes 23 and 23; a holding fixture 30 which is wound around a substantial half of the utility pole 1 with the locking member 20 and whose both ends penetrate the long hole 13 of the support member 10 through the through-holes 23 and 23 of the locking member so as to pull the utility pole 1 closer to the locking member 20 while combining the locking member 20 and support member 10 to each other; and an extension support member 40 which is overlapped and fixed to the front face 11 or back face 12 of the support member 10.
