PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for a vehicle, which efficiently cools a bearing. SOLUTION: The motor for the vehicle includes: a stator core; a rotor core arranged on the inner peripheral side of the stator core; a bracket connected to one end of the stator core; a first bearing disposed through the bracket; and a frame and a housing connected to the other end of the stator core. The motor for the vehicle further includes: a second bearing disposed through the housing; a ventilating fan mounted between the rotor core and the second bearing and provided with a blade on the outside in the axial direction; a rotor shaft rotatably supported by the first bearing and the second bearing; a suction port formed to the frame or the housing; a ventilation flue connecting an exhaust port formed to the frame or the housing and the suction port and the exhaust port; and a cooler installing an air adjusting plate on a surface bringing the housing and the ventilation flue into contact.
