<p>A mould capable of rapid cooling/heating comprises a mould core (4) with moulding surface and a given number of heating rods (3). Accommodating holes (7) for heating rods are provided at a place near the moulding surface of the mould core (4), in which the heating rods (3) are mounted. Cooling/separating holes (8) corresponding to the heating rods (3) are provided in the mould core (4), near the heating rods (3) and at the side away from the moulding surface, with its cross section profile being a closed curve. One or more cooling/separating holes (8) surround(s) the corresponding heating rods (3) from three directions. Because the moulding surface can be heated or cooled in a rapid and homogeneous manner, and be heated approach or reach the melting temperature of the materials quickly, the moulded products have good quality, are immune from weld mark, rill mark and humping surface etc., have homogeneous lustrousness and density, are less water shrinkable, and are capable of reducing the deformation due to the injection stress and residual stress after the melted materials being solidified.</p> |
