FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to rolling mill stand design. Proposed bending device comprises guide blocks 6 arranged in stand lateral posts for two vertically displacing drive bodies 4a, 4b whereon working rolls 1 rest via pads 2 as well as bending cylinders 5 arranged in pairs between drive bodies 4a, 4b. Bending cylinders 5 comprise piston rod 12 acting on body 4b or 4a transmitting pressure and cylinder 10 formed or retained by another body 4a or 4b that transmits pressure.
