PURPOSE: A safety belt for a user operating at the high places, and a usage situation checking system thereof are provided to rapidly rescue the user when the user falls from the high places, by detecting the load on the safety belt. CONSTITUTION: A usage situation checking system of a safety belt for a user operating at the high places comprises the following: a rope(30); a combining unit combined with a human body belt mounted around the body of the user; a connection body including a hook connected to one end of the rope; and a checking device for the wireless telecommunication with a controller.
