<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress defectiveness of an abnormal article passing through a sorting part without stopping and being regarded as a normal article while securing a certain degree of conveying speed of articles in an X-ray inspection device. SOLUTION: This X-ray inspection device is provided with a conveyor for conveying goods G, an X-ray irradiator 13, an X-ray line sensor 14, a sorting part 10b, and a control part. The control part originates the image data of the goods G on the basis of the detection result of the X-ray line sensor 14 and determines an inspection on the basis of the image data. The control part forcibly sorts the goods G by the sorting part 10b in the case of determining the undetermined state of the inspection of the goods G when conveyed to the sorting part 10b.</p> |
