PURPOSE: A heating film and a heating article comprising the same are provided to continuously emit heat while having improved comfort properties and filling properties. CONSTITUTION: In a heating film and a heating article comprising the same, a heating layer(1) is comprised of a base sheet(11), a heating layer(12), and an electrode(13). The lower limit of stiffness of a heating film is less than 12 gf·cm or 8 gf·cm. The heating film is comprised of a general synthetic resin film. The heating layer comprises at least one heater of a linear pattern. An electrode layer is patterned into a line shape in vertical direction.
