ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER STRUCTURE AND FOOD WASTE TREATMENT INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An active carbon filter structure, and a food processor including thereof are provided to prevent the size reduction of micro-pores of active carbon by decomposing bad smell components collected by the active carbon. CONSTITUTION: An active carbon filter structure(100) comprises a housing(110), active carbon(120), an optical catalyst(130), a UV lamp(140), and a guiding unit(150). The housing includes an inlet(111) on one side for inflowing gas, and an outlet(112) on the other side for exhausting the gas. The active carbon is located inside the housing for passing the gas through the carbon to absorb bad smell components from the gas. The optical catalyst is sprayed in the inside of the active carbon. The UV lamp radiates ultraviolet rays. The guiding unit guides the ultraviolet rays to the optical catalyst for the photochemical reaction.
