PURPOSE: An adulteration processing apparatus is provided to process adulteration including sludge by being installed on the end of a purification treating process. CONSTITUTION: An adulteration processing apparatus includes a main body frame(100), a process tank(200), a drum-shaped filter element(300), a helix scraper, a drive motor, a dehydrating liquid discharging hole(210), a dehydrated product discharging hole(220), and an airtight cover(240). The process tank is installed on the main body frame. The drum-shaped filter element is rotatably installed on the process tank. The helix scraper is installed in the inside of the drum-shaped filter element.
