PURPOSE: A prefabricated exterior decoration material for a building is provided to easily and simply replace the design and color of the exterior decoration material. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated exterior decoration material for a building comprises a fixing bracket(10), a vertical frame body(20), a vertical lane screen(30), and a horizontal lane screen(40). The fixing bracket is fixed to the wall of a building using anchor bolts(50). The vertical frame body is vertically formed in the fixing bracket and assembles the joints of each exterior panel. The vertical lane screen is vertically inserted into the vertical frame body and vertically sends rainwater. The horizontal lane screen is horizontally assembled in the front surface of the fixing bracket and sends rainwater.
