FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed procedure for refining oil from hydrogen sulphide. The procedure consists in step-by-step separation, in neutralisation of residual amounts of hydrogen sulphide by introduction of reagent-neutraliser into oil, in their successive mixing by means of a mixer and in conditioning of produced liquid in tanks where degassed oil is heated after the first step of separation. Reagent-neutraliser is introduced after the second step of separation. Water is introduced into oil before its mixing with reagent-neutraliser of hydrogen sulphide in the mixer. Also, water cut of degassed oil is from over 0 to less, than 15%. Sedimentation of residue is controlled by means of filters installed after the mixer. Produced mixture is cured in the tanks under dynamic conditions. ^ EFFECT: simplified process of refining oil from hydrogen sulphide at maintaining residual contents of hydrogen sulphide in refined oil depending on production requirements; also, maintaining residual contents of hydrogen sulphide in refined oil in accordance with requirements of GOST (State Standard) P 51858-2002. ^ 3 cl, 4 tbl, 2 dwg |
