PURPOSE: A glass paste composition, an electrode substrate manufactured using the same, a method for manufacturing the electrode substrate, and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the electrode substrate are provided prevent the generation of cracks in a coating layer coating a collection electrode. CONSTITUTION: A glass paste composition includes glass frit, an organic binder, and an organic solvent. The organic binder includes at least one of an acryl resin and a methacryl resin. The acryl resin and the methacryl resin are obtained by emulsion polymerization. An electrode substrate(10) includes a collection electrode and a coating layer. The collection electrode is installed on a transparent conductive substrate. The coating layer coats the surface of the collection electrode. A dye-sensitized solar cell(1) includes two substrates(2), two electrode substrates, a light electrode, a counter electrode, an electrolyte solution(5), a spacer(6), and a drawing line(7).
