MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CULTURE EXTRACT OF CERIPORIA LACERATA FOR THE THERAPY OF DIABETIC DISEASES AND CULTURE EXTRACT OF CERIPORIA LACERATA USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Ceriporia lacerate culture extract is provided to enhance the content of protocatechualdehyde and to prevent and treat diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Ceriporia lacerate culture extract comprises: a step of culturing mycelium of Ceriporia lacerate to obtain mycelium culture liquid at 20-30°C for 5-16 days; a step of freeze-drying the culture liquid and pulverizing; and a step of extracting the culture liquid powder of the mycelium with a solvent of water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, butanol, or ethyl acetate. A medium for liquid culture contains 0.2-3 weight% of glucose, 0.2-3 weight% of sugar, 0.2-4 weight% of starch, 0.2-3 weight% of soybean powder, 0.05-0.1 weight% of magnesium sulfate, 0.05-0.1 weight% of monobasic potassium phosphate(KH_2PO_4), and 90-99 weight% of water. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating diabetes contains Ceriporia lacerate culture extract.
