PURPOSE: A refrigerator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce cost by simplifying assembling processes and to enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a body and a door. The body comprises a storage room. The door opens and closes the storage room. The door comprises a frame, a decoration panel(41), a decoration unit(50), and a foaming material(60). The decoration panel is supported by the frame. The decoration unit is supported by the decoration panel. The foaming material fixes the decoration panel to the frame and the decoration unit to the decoration panel. The decoration panel is temporarily fixed to the frame by a first adhesive member before being fixed by the foaming member. The decoration unit is temporarily fixed to the decoration panel by a second adhesive member before being fixed by the foaming member.
