PURPOSE: A transformer is provided to miniaturize the size of the transformer in addition to maintain the capacitance of the transformer by applying a winding coil equipped with a surface area expanding part on the outer circumference. CONSTITUTION: A core is combined with a bobbin in order to provide magnetic flux. A coil(30) is wound around the bobbin. An surface area expanding part(32) is formed on the outer circumference of the coil. The surface area expanding part is protrusion which is formed in the longitudinal direction of the coil. Two or more protrusions are regularly formed along the outer circumference of the coil. Gaps between the protrusions are constant.
