FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention discloses procedure and device for loading iron of direct reduction (HDRI) from high temperature vessels fro transporting (HTV) to melting furnace or device of finish treatment. The device consists of a loading bench enclosing and holding multitude of the HTV, of a unit for supply connected with a loading bench, pressure tight connected with multitude of the HTV and transporting their contents into the melting furnace or of the device for finish treatment, for example, an electric arc furnace (EAF) at specified rate of supply, and a control unit containing programmed logic controller and multitude of load sensors. ^ EFFECT: control unit selectively changing specified rate of supply depending on weight of one or more high temperature vessels for transporting and depending on their contents measured by means of multitude of sensors of loading to maintain in essence continuous flow of loaded iron of direct reduction. ^ 10 cl, 3 dwg |
