PURPOSE: An organic EL display device is provided to suppress a brightness spot or chromaticity spot by reflecting the analysis result of a film misalignment of an organic EL layer in a deposition mask design and a deposition processor. CONSTITUTION: An organic EL device includes a plurality of sub pixels and comprises a pixel. The sub pixel includes a first electrode, a sub pixel opening(1R,1G,1B), an organic EL layer, and a second electrode. The organic EL layer corresponds to the sub pixel opening. A second electrode covers the organic EL layer. The center of the pixel opening is an intersection of the central lines of the sub pixel opening in row and column directions. The center of the organic EL layer is an intersection of the central lines of the organic EL layer in row and column directions. |
