PURPOSE: A device for manually and automatically controlling and cutting off fire power for the temperature control of a roasting plate is provided to improve roasting quality by directly controlling the temperature of a roasting plate. CONSTITUTION: A device for manually and automatically controlling and cutting off fire power for the temperature control of a roasting plate comprises firepower cutoff plates(5-1,5-2,5-3,5-4,5-5), a temperature measurement fixing unit, and a firepower controlling circuit device. The firepower cutoff plates cut off firepower. The temperature measurement fixing unit comprises a temperature measurement sensor. The temperature measurement sensor is directly contact with a roasting plate(1). A movable handle is installed in the temperature measurement fixing unit and supports the temperature measurement sensor. The firepower controlling circuit device measures the temperature of the roasting plate using the temperature measurement sensor and converts the temperature into a voltage signal.
