PURPOSE: An apparatus for pulverizing and dehydrating food waste is provided to prevent a pushing guide located on the external circumference of a rotor from being collided with a transferring screw and a distributing wing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for pulverizing and dehydrating food waste includes a main body(110), a pulverizing part, a distributing part(130), and a transferring part(140). The distributing part is adjacent to the pulverizing part and distributes pulverized food waste in a dehydrating space(111). The transferring part includes a plurality of rotary rollers. The rotary rollers include driven gears. A driven gear includes a rotary gear group which rotates a rotor 360 degrees. A plurality of pushing guides(146) is arranged on the outer circumference of the rotor.
