PURPOSE: A self-generation type hand sterilizer is provided to managing the personal hygiene for hands of a user on the places without electricity. CONSTITUTION: A self-generation type hand sterilizer comprises the following: a body(110) including a hand insertion hole on one upper side; a power generation unit(200) located on one lower side of the body, for generating electricity by a stepping process of a pedal from a user; and a sterilization unit(300) sterilizing hands of the user by lighting a sterilizing lamp with the electricity generated from the power generation unit.
