PURPOSE: A coin wrapper for preventing the generation of dust is provided to reduce the noise from the operation of a machine to wrap coins, and to prevent the ripping of the wrapper. CONSTITUTION: A coin wrapper for preventing the generation of dust includes coating units(24,24`) formed on both sides of wrapping paper(20) for preventing the ripping of the wrapper. The coating units are coated with either castor oil or canola oil for preventing the dust generation when cutting the wrapper.
