PURPOSE: A cabinet panel/low-voltage distributing board having a voice-warning device for over-heating protection is provided to help a user rapidly manage a situation before the operation of a circuit breaker by generating an alarm according to temperature-time not immediately operating the circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION: A cabinet panel/low-voltage distributing board having a voice-warning device for over-heating protection includes a control power unit(120), a main control unit(130), a display unit, a control panel(150), an alarm driving unit(170), and a remote terminal. The main control unit provides an alarm based on a control program which is set according to a temperature-time. The main control unit compares temperature data with a predetermined data to determine the generation of an alarm. The main control unit transmits the overheat state of the cabinet panel to a remote terminal when overheat occurs from the cabinet panel. A user recognize the overheat of the cabinet panel through the remote terminal and controls an operation switch.
