PURPOSE: A metered data collecting device, a remote metering system including thereof, and a remote metering method using thereof are provided to prevent the overload phenomenon of a remote metering server by remote metering terminal devices. CONSTITUTION: A metered data collecting device comprises the following: a relaying unit(123) operating in one operational mod selected from a relay mode or a metering mode by an operating control signal inputted by a remote metering server; and a storing module(121) storing metering data transferred from plural remote metering terminal devices.
