PURPOSE: A non-return valve of an oil filter for a vehicle is provided to accurately close an oil inlet with a blocking unit because the blocking unit is guided along a seating groove. CONSTITUTION: A non-return valve of an oil filter for a vehicle comprises a spring(20), a supporting unit, and a blocking unit(31). The spring is placed in a first seating groove formed in an inner body, below an oil inlet(50) formed in an outer body(40). The supporting unit is coupled to the spring and partially placed in the first seating groove. The blocking unit is supported with the supporting unit and pressed to the outer body to block the inflow of oil. The opening and closing of the blocking unit is controlled by the spring according to changes in the pressure of oil provided from outside.
