The substance of the technique involves introducing a needle through a anterior surface of the hip. The needle is introduced in a cross point of a lateral border of a rectus muscle of thigh and a perpendicular to an extremity axis drawn though an upper border of a greater trochanter. The needle is placed perpendicularly to a skin surface. ^ EFFECT: use of the given invention allows high precise hit in a joint cavity, reduced probability of damaging a neurovascular beam in hip joint puncture, eliminated necessity of using the instrumental imaging methods.
