PURPOSE: A display substrate of a display device is provided to protect wiring part of a gate driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A display device(900a) comprises a pixel transistor including a first electrode and a second electrode on a first electrode arranged on a display area(DA) of a base substrate(101), a circuit part generating a gate signal on the peripheral area of the base substrate, a gate driving unit including a first and a second wirings, and an insulating layer and a protection layer formed on the base substrate. A buffer layer composed of polymer material covers the wirings.
