PURPOSE: A content providing method and system thereof are provided to supply specific content suitable for the property of a medium by using the recognition of an offline identifier. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(314) receives an offline identifier through a specific medium. A calling unit(312) extracts a reproduction environment in the terminal characteristic information of the specific medium. A production unit(313) extracts specific content which is matched with an offline identifier in consideration of extracted reproduction environment information. A transmitter(315) offers the extracted specific content to the specific medium. A controller(319) permits the connection of the specific medium based on the offline identifier. |
