PURPOSE: A stable driving voltage producing device is provided to supply stabilized driving voltages to an inner circuit by removing noise ripple component of driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: A power generator(610) produces driving voltages by using external power supply. An inner circuit(630) receives driving voltages through power terminals. A stabilizing part(620) stabilizes the level of the driving voltages and outputs to the power terminal.
