PURPOSE: Pudding containing solid ingredients, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the unique texture of the pudding and the taste of the solid ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pudding containing solid ingredients comprises the following steps: mixing 13wt% of fresh cream, 30wt% of skimmed milk powder, 1wt% of gelling agent, 2wt% of white sugar, 2wt% of glucose, 0.3wt% of custard scent, 0.02wt% of salt, 0.1wt% of pigment, and 44.58wt% of water; dissolving the mixture at the temperature higher than 95deg C for 20minutes, to obtain custard pudding; filling 70wt% of custard pudding inside a container(10); inserting 30wt% of cookie solid ingredient into the container, and sealing the container with a lid(12).
