<p>PURPOSE: A shift control device of a manual transmission is provided to reduce the weight by combining a first weight damper and a second weight damper in the end of a first load part. CONSTITUTION: A binding hole(21) is inserted into a control shaft(3). A first load part(22) and a second load part(23) are formed in a straight line to the different direction. A shift lever(20) is formed into a lever part. The shift lever is welded and connected in the control shaft. A first weight damper and a second weight damper are respectively combined in the end of the first and the second load parts.</p> |
