PURPOSE: A portable handy cleaner is provided to enable a user to conveniently replace a filter by detachably installing the filter in the front of an adsorption unit. CONSTITUTION: A portable handy cleaner comprises a main body(3), a dust container(5), and a filter assembly(7). The main body comprises a negative pressure generation unit(21) and an adsorption unit(23). The dust container accepts dust by using adsorptive power occurred by negative pressure. The filter assembly is installed in an inlet(25) and prevents the inhaled dust from flowing into the main body. The filter assembly comprises a female filter frame(11) a male filter frame(13), and a filter(15).
