摘要 PURPOSE: A seat structure of a bi-directional bonneted knife gate valve for bidirectional control of high pressure is provided to prevent trap of foreign materials in cushion rubber grooves on both sides of a cushion rubber installed in a valve body by attaching stoppers to the cushion rubber grooves. CONSTITUTION: A seat structure of a bi-directional bonneted knife gate valve for bidirectional control of high pressure comprises cushion rubber grooves(13), a cushion rubber(50), a guide groove, a locking edge, a locking hook edge, and a pair of stoppers(70). The cushion rubber grooves are formed along the center of an inner circumference(12) located under the radial center of a flow passage(11) of a valve body(10). The cushion rubber is formed with a cushion edge(51) protruding upward and a fitting edge(52) formed under the cushion edge. The guide groove is formed by press-fitting a pair of seats(60) on both sides of the inner circumference, in which the cushion grooves are formed, to be located at an interval corresponding to the width of the cushion edge and the thickness of a knife gate. The locking edge is formed under a cut groove which is formed by cutting a part of the lower end of a stem in the diameter direction. The locking hook edge is formed above a through hole which is formed by penetrating the center of the upper end of the knife gate. The stoppers are inserted and attached to the cushion rubber grooves on both ends of the cushion rubber in order to prevent the trap of foreign material.
