FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for formulation of fodder compositions intended for animal feeding. The method for selection of a fodder composition for animals subpopulation involves obtaining access to, at least, one data base which includes the first group of data correlating the functional genome profile of a biologic fluid or tissue sample taken with an animal having a physiological status and, probably, genotype of an animal; obtaining access to, at least, one data base which includes the second group of data relating to effects of biologically active dietary components on the functional genome profile; processing input data defining the subpopulation physiological status and, probably, genotype (by way of applying the first algorithm to the first and second data group dimensions for definition of the nutritious recipe suitable for preparation of a fodder composition for the animals subpopulation. ^ EFFECT: invention usage will allow to obtain the formula of a food product serving to improve the condition of health of one or more animals of subpopulation and to prepare a fodder composition based on the obtained formula. ^ 10 cl, 3 dwg, 9 tbl |
