PURPOSE: A laser welder is provided to reduce the work of an operator since a workpiece holder automatically moves a workpiece to a given position. CONSTITUTION: A laser welder comprises a workpiece carrier, a laser beam generating unit, a laser beam head(13), coupling units(15,15'), and blank holders(10,10'). The workpiece carrier moves along a guiding path to grip, transfer, arrange and operate workpieces(8). The laser beam head focuses a laser beam on the surface of the workpiece. Parts are coupled on coupling positions(14,14') by the coupling units. The blank holders are arranged on a welding position(16). The workpiece carrier moves between the coupling position and the welding position. |
