<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display apparatus is provided to improve the light efficiency by keeping a constant gap where the liquid crystal filler is filled in. CONSTITUTION: A planarized film comprises a via hole opening a part of a thin film transistor. A pixel electrode(150) is arranged on a projected planarized film, and is connected to the thin film transistor through the via hole. A pixel defining layer fills the periphery of the pixel electrode, and is formed with the height being same with that of the pixel electrode. A thin film layer(170) is arranged on the pixel electrode and comprises the organic light emitting layer.</p> |
